SWADESITV REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A referrer is an existing customer of SwadesiTV with a non-recurring subscription who is inviting a new user to subscribe to SwadesiTV with a referral code (or) referral url generated using SwadesiTV referral program.
- A referral is the new user who is willing to subscribe to SwadesiTV by purchasing yearly/half-yearly package with the referral code (or) referral url given by referrer (existing subscriber).
- SwadesiTV referral program is valid only for non-recurring package purchases i.e., Yearly or Half Yearly Subscriptions.
- Both the referrer and the referral will get bonus subscription of 15 days which will be added to their existing period of subscription if the referral purchases half-yearly subscription using the code (or) url given by referrer.
- Both the referrer and the referral will get bonus subscription of 30 days which will be added to their existing period of subscription if the referral purchases yearly subscription using the code (or) url given by referrer
- A maximum of 12 months (365 days) of free subscription could be earned as bonus using SwadesiTV referral program.
- Bonus subscription earned by SwadesiTV referral program cannot be transferred to anyone by any means.
- Bonus Subscription cannot be put in hold.
- Bonus Subscription if earned, will apply only to one package.
- In all circumstances, the referrer should have an active subscription to get bonus subscription.
- Subscriptions purchased using referral program cannot be terminated until the subscription period ends.
- Bonus subscription earned by SwadesiTV referral program is limited to only packages and not additional add-ons and features that are available.
- By using the contact importer you agree that SwadesiTV will use third party APIS/websites to import your address book containing the email addresses of such friends and acquaintances to which you intend to send invitations. You acknowledge and agree to the use of your address book for the said purpose by such third party websites.
- You also acknowledge that such third party websites are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers. The Offer cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
- SwadesiTV reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without any reason.
- SwadesiTV has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
